What the form collects
When you send the form, it collects what you enter: your name, phone and email, the property address or ZIP code if you add one, where you are in the process (for example, behind on payments), any message, and whether you ticked the consent box, together with the exact consent wording you agreed to. It also records the page you sent it from, the referring page and any campaign (UTM) tags in the address.
Where it goes
- The form is sent to this site's server, which stores it as a private file in Vercel Blob storage and emails it to Abril Burgoyne, our recommended agent, through Resend, an email delivery service.
- If that fails, your browser sends the same details through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, so the request still reaches Abril.
- To limit spam, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for a short time to count repeated submissions. The IP address itself is not stored.
Your details are used only to reply to your request. They are not sold or shared for marketing, and we do not contact your lender.
Calls, texts and email
You are contacted only if you tick the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask Abril to delete your details.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives standard request information such as your IP address.
